I liked it absorbed so much water it kept the counter clear as I use a hot washcloth compress on my eyes for four minutes. I keep the water running to keep the right temperature and the water runs down my arms to the elbows which are on the Sham Wow.

I am a bike rider and do many miles per day in the HOT Texas sun. I also sweat big time around the area of my head where my bike helmet fits and the sweat runs into my eyes. Many years ago I bought a shamwow at the State Fair Of Texas on a whim to see if this could help with my sweat problem. I cut a two inch strip, tied it around my head and put on my helmet and the problem was solved. Depending on how hot it is and how hard I am exercising, I sometimes stop and wring the shamwow out and back to the riding again, with no sweat in my eyes. Also, this is good for on the trail type bathing where a large towel isn't really useable. It will dry you off and then will dry itself in a very short time. It will fit right in your camel back without taking up all the space in said pack. I recommend this product strongly.

These work great. The cloths kept absorbing even after the they have been wet. You just wring them out and the cloths absorb just like when you first laid them down.

Shamwow is a good item; it does what it says it will do. The new version is about twice as thick as the original so it does pick up more liquid than the original. However, this new version has an unpleasant smell, even after washing. I hope it dissipates over time but I'm not confident. If I had to do it again, I would buy the cheaper original; it still works, and it is a better value.

This is is great. My boyfriend got me the original shamwow for Christmas and I got him this new and improved Shamwow. Of course the first thing we did was an absorption challenge. The new and improved shamwow absorbed twice the amount of liquid as the original Shamwow. This one absorved 2 cups of water and the original Shamwow absorbed 1 cup of water. They are both great, but this one is definitely better.

Washable works well and dries quickly

Leaves orange bits behind. Might try washing then using to see if that helps.

Never disappointed with this sham wow. My son loves them. I told him to sham wow his bald head!!!! The smiles stopped.

2 very large cloths can easily be cut to make smaller cloths and primarily i brought these so i could cut down of paper towels which is eco friendly and saves money in no time! I hand wash (laundry soap) and air dry. I kept one large to dry the car after washing. Fantastic at cleaning dust and dirt out of corners and picking up pet hair, lint and grime. Would make a rather nice gift also. Recommend for it's quality and ability to save on regular paper products (pays for itself).
