GM Genuine Parts 24252114 Transmission Control Module

Worked beautifully oem part went into my 2013 silverado 1500 with a 4l60.

Once I had confirmed that the TCM was the issue with my car (wouldn't shift past first, locks going up and down, Power steering message came on) i ordered the part. Got to me in good condition and in good time, although it could have had a bit more cushioning. It came in a box, in a box. I took the part in to dealership, they put the part in and reprogrammed it. I got call 2 hours later and car works fine again. Do yourself a favor, depending on the phone you have, buy a bluetooth OBD 2 from Amazon that will work with that phone and use that to check the engine light. Will save you time and money if you know what the problem is, the error code that accompanies it, and a google search to find out how to fix it. If you know this is the part you need, the only place that can do the reprogramming is the dealer.

Worked perfectly on my suv

We were having problems with the car in that the transmission would jump in and out while we were driving and the locks would go up and down. We had it shipped to us in Mexico in three days and a mechanic installed this part along with the transmission switch (the transmission had to be pulled for the second part). The module then had to be configured by the dealer and since then we have had no problems.

Had to take the car to the Chevy dealer to program. Fixed the problem.

Fit my 2008 Chevy Suburban 1500 LT 5.3 flex fuel and solved the problem. Old part number was 24239826 or 24239926 (third to last digit illegible). The Chevy dealer had to program it.

I bought this for my wives G6, the issue wasn't resolved by this and it has to be programmed at the dealer, but that isn't the fault of the company, 5 stars
