Overall, a good product that is reasonably priced. It does the job and provides some extra fiber to my diet. I have used this product off and on for the past several years when needed. I would recommend if you are in need of some additional fiber.

if you need it, these caplets are so much easier than the liquid, in my opinion
I can't seem to make myself drink the powder mixed in liquid, but the caplets work great. Presuming you are a person who gets benefit from Citrucel at all, you might like the caplets.
