Eveline Slim Extreme 3D Thermo Active Cellulite Cream Hot Serum Treatment for Shaping Waist, Abdomen and Buttocks,

I purchased this product because I needed some assistance in burning hip and thigh fat, and my goal was to get as much bang for my buck so to speak when working out. By increasing blood flow to the hips and thighs (via heat), that fat will be more easily mobilized and burned (providing I am in a caloric deficit). I also tried a product called VelaShape before, but it's a tad expensive. That said, I don't recall needing to shower in order for it to work, but I can't recall either. Before purchasing this product, I read both the positive and negative reviews. It seems that most of the negative reviews are complaints that the product is HOT. I don't want to be mean, but the description DOES say that it is HOT. And it is, if you apply it right after a warm shower. Other reviews say the product "doesn't work", but you can't just apply it, start dreaming of having thinner thighs - and have them in one week! I mean, you can get really far using law of attraction, but you have to take some inspired action, too! That, and you have to eat less than your body requires for energy, which requires some strategy and tracking. Now that I got that out of the way...I think I understand why some reviews mentioned they didn't "feel" anything, which made me curious. I tried applying this product three different ways. 1. NO SHOWER before workout: I applied it without showering and 20 minutes prior to working out. I didn't feel much. So I applied more, which uses more product obviously. :/ It didn't deliver much of a punch even with all of the skin agitation (massaging it into the skin). I was surprised. 2, COOL SHOWER before workout: I applied it directly after taking a cool shower, but it was slightly better than NO shower, but not by much. I still had to apply more product to get some heat, and even then, it was mild IMO. 3. WARM/VERY WARM SHOWER: This works best. I noticed that if I take at least a warm shower, a single application begins to heat within a few minutes. It gets quite warm (ahem, HOT!), so you want to be careful where you are applying it. (And I am serious about that!) Even if I wash my hands and then apply eye cream, it can heat up that eye area for about 10 minutes! I was very curious as to why this didn't work as well without a shower as opposed to with a shower - and a warm one at that. I can only surmise that in order to this to be maximally activated, the skin's pores must be open. If it were a simple agitation of the skin to activate the skin prior to the application, then a cold shower and cleaning with soap would be enough to "agitate" the skin, but it's not. It seems to work only with at least a warm shower. And if I make the water even warmer, the product seems to work faster and lasts longer. Of course, I discovered that I can also prolong the heat by taking an internal thermogenic, like MCT oil capsules (I use the NOW brand). I did this a couple of times and holy cow, my entire body was hot for like, 4 hours!! (I don't think I want to do this when it's 90 degrees out and humid!) I do have very sensitive skin, but I did not have any reaction to the "heat". No rash. No welts. I haven't even seen my skin turn red, surprisingly. I didn't expect miracles to happen when using this, but I did want to get added value from my workout. (Thigh fat is difficult to burn because of the type of receptors there, so applied heat should increase the blood flow to those hard to burn areas.) That said, I only use it when I work out in the morning right after a warm shower. If I work out in the afternoon, I don't apply it because it doesn't seem to heat up much anyway. I have to say, though, if you have tired/sore muscles, they will certainly recover with this product! I will continue using this product, although maybe not when it gets hotter outside. I don't know if I could stand the heat from the product and from outside simultaneously! On a side note, I find this product to be more of a gel consistency - not a cream as in the description. Once it dries, it's no longer sticky. I do find it annoying that a sticker is placed RIGHT OVER the directions AND the ingredients. I don't know whose brilliant idea this is because I can't get the sticker off. Overall, Eveline promises HOT and it delivers on that. The rest is up to me!

Understand that this product are for those who really wish to loose weight. There is no miracle cream or pill that is going to do the work for u! I have been working out for a little over a year now and have lost over 85 pounds. I've already reached my target weight however, the small pouch in my stomach just didn't seem like it was going to go away no matter how many ab workouts or cardio I do. So I did some research...was going to purchase the it works" wraps from a friend however those I just far too expensive so I decided to take a less expensive route and buy the Slim extreme 4D and the slim extrem 3D thermo cream. I also bought two rolls of plastic wrap. I have been using these products everyday for the last 3-4 weeks. I put on the thermo cream before I do my 30 minutes of cardio and then I use the 4D slim extreme during my ab workouts, in the sauna, or right when I get out the shower after a workout. Warning: do not use the thermo cream when going in the sauna..u will regret it! Anyhow, before I used these product, I was 158 pounds, 30 in around the waist, my tummy was full of stretch marks and cellulite that I accumulated after one birth and gaining tons of weight. I am now 26 inches around the waist and 153 lbs! My love handles are almost gone! The kangaroo pouch is almost gone...it completely shrinked! I've have this kangaroo pouch since high school and long before I had a child!! My stretch marks hasn't completely disappear however they are atlease 5 times lighter than they were before I used this product. I actually seen results on the stretch marks after the first few times of using the products! The cellulite is almost gone as well! I had a small dent in the middle of my stomach that has decrease in size. I also use the 4D on the cellulite on my thighs and those are completely smooth and tone now as well! Mind you, I do cardio 5 days a week for at lease 30 minutes.. The 3D thermo makes u sweat within 5 minutes and u can feel it working on your tummy. When u take the plastic wrap off, it's soaked in sweat!! Like this thermo cream really give u an extra push when it comes to doing cardio. I don't believe the 4D cream is nearly as effective as the thermo cream when working out so I think you can get away with using the 4D cream after showers...it's not as much in the bottle as it is with the 3D thermo so u may want to buy two bottles are just use it when u shower after workouts! Overall, Eveline products are really inexpensive to do what they do to not give a try! They are actually pretty cheaper than lipo laser (which I've tried, not so effective without multiple sessions), a gym membership (which I pay 30 a month for), a membership to weigh loss products, or any miracle pill that hardly does nothing! if you already have the self motivation and will power to exercise and diet, then this product is for u! If you can go really hard in the gym and stay on a strict but not so strict diet for at lease a month, then this product will work for u! All it does is gives you an extra push... A BIG push actually!!! I've been working so hard for so long to tone my stomach and define my abs that I was actually getting pretty frustrated and believed that this is just how my tummy is. But I didn't want to give up because I wanted abs lol Eveline products has restored my motivation to continue my weight loss journey... I know that I will have those abs before summer! My stomach is like almost flat, all my dresses fit so perfectly now it's amazing...great boost of confidence and lightening up my strech marks and the smoothness it gives ur skin is just a plus! These products will work for u if u, ur self is actually pushing for a change! Don't waste the cream or you'll money if u are not going to be active or if ur going to eat hecka process food, sugar, and red meat....FYI, I cut these out my diet long before I started using the products so I didn't have to alter my eating habits, but I'm pretty sure if u do eat these things frequently, the products will not do much for u. I urge u to do all 3 , diet, exercise, and use the products....I promise you won't regret it! It's a Very very inexpensive price for what it can potentially do for u! 5 stars!

As of today July 29, 2013, it has been about a week since I have started using this product. So far, so good. I think it is working.I can see a difference in my belly. I began using it on my buttocks and thighs as well. Sometimes I couldnt feel the burn that people speak of. I think I wasnt applying enough of the gel. I use it along with my gold gyms waist slimming bands to intensify the heat (i use 2, larger belly). And yes, sweat makes it burn more as one reviewer says. I didn't immediately began using the gel on different parts of my body at one time because I didnt want to be burning all over. I also wanted to limit the size of allergic reaction (rash) if there would have been any.I measured my waist but havent seen a noticeable change in the number. However i see a change with my naked eyes and in the fit of clothing. Everyone reacts differently. I prayed that i didn't waste my $17 bucks for gas. But so far im handling the burn, no rash, and i look slimmer. I advise workout with it on sometimes. It heats up more and makes you feel like its WORKING. I rode my bike n felt my butt. I guess the friction from pedaling n the buttocks sliding in the seat created more heat. Then crunches heated up my midsection. Just be careful not to use too much. Dont stand in front of the fan when applying. The gel dries quicker on the hands and skin n i believe that's why i didn't feel the initial burn during my first application of a minimal amount. I had to add it 3 times! Yesterday i began using more than a nickel size (size said on bottle) to feel it burn faster n more intense. Im ok with that because its not that expensive for what I'm personally trying to achieve,therefore i dont mind using more product for 1 application. I use it twice a day, sometimes. I hope I was helpful to some1. I wrote alot but people have questions n i wanted to give as much detail as possible. Btw, im 31, 5 kids, 50 inch waist (my calculations w/measuring tape), 258 lbs, i dont look it though. My main issue is the abdomen. The kids stretched me ALOT! I have the pooch but dont even care. If i can get my gut down n wear a nice girdle to make it look flatter instead of ROUND, I'll be very pleased. I have a little hernia in the middle where the muscles seperate during pregnancy. I was told that I didn't give it time to heal before getting pregnant again. So if i do a crunch, an oval bubble appears. I need that to be less revealing as well. Maybe a tummy tuck later, but til then, Eveline and nutrition/exercise will do. Red gel, smells pleasant in my opinion, goes on watery-like and you have to rub, rub, rub to get it in good, wash your hands and forearms after but still stay out ur eyes. My bottle was quite hot to the touch coming out of the box but have no fear, the gel is NEVER hot in the palm of your hands and/or skin until rubbed in (my personal reaction). It burns between the 40-60 min as advertised, maybe over an hour,not always. I really believe it depends on how much you apply. I wear tight shorts for my buttocks but you dont have to use seram wrap/belts, etc. to use this. Just apply enough to your liking n wear regular clothing to create more friction on the skin. I say BUY! Sorry i wrote so much. Habit. *update later*

i have not got to find out if this works for me are not. it do's warm the skin and that i don't mind so much, and it smells all right my only problem seams to be after 15 to 30 min that my skin starts itching really really badly if i can wait though it go's away in another 15 min but its made me gun shy with using this as they rake amended and for some odd resane the itching is just on my tummy so i wood say try for your self's it my work for you i have overly sinstive skin to begain with i gave this three stars because they got it here on time and it warms the skin nicely and smell alright.

I bought this with the intention of using it before every workout and after every shower, just to help add that extra oomph. I didn't expect this product to work strange miracles or to have a ridiculously firm abdomen and butt after just a couple days. Still, though, I have to say I'm disappointed with this product. I even wonder if I somehow just got a crappy bottle, although I'm not willing to spend ANOTHER $13 for a new one. The first thing I noticed about this product was that the packaging smelled really bad--honestly a little bit like skunk. It made me worried that the actual serum smelled that badly, but I was relieved to find that it has a normal smell. I would attribute the weird smell to something weird going on during the shipping process, but it came in an amazon box with a few other items, none of which had any strange odor. Odd. As for the actual product, I used this serum for the first time after a shower. I followed the directions and braced myself for a slightly unpleasant warming sensation. I felt no heat whatsoever, and in fact I really just felt sticky. Thinking maybe I just didn't use enough to get the warming effect, I put a little more on. Still no burn, just sticky good. I've been using this product for three or four days now (twice a day), in hopes that my body just needed some time to adjust to the serum. I have not had any positive results--still no burn, still a lot of sticky. I'm really disappointed in the product.

I have been using Eveline products since 2010. It has worked wonders for me, especially after giving birth to my 2nd daughter in 2010. Before this thermo product I was using Eveline 3D Thermo active serum before transitioning to their 4D product. I love the way it heats up and makes me sweat while i'm working out. I put it on my abdomen and back area, thighs and buttocks, upper arms and chest/breast area. I then wrap my stomach with golds gym waist trimmer belt and golds gym arm trimmer belt before starting my workout. After my workout my trimmers are literally drenched in sweat, it makes me feel good. All of you that are complaining about how you're not seeing result, what makes you think you can just slap this stuff on and it magically does everything you expect it to do??? You have to put in the work too. IT TAKES TWO to see results you and the product. If you're not doing your part don't expect to see any results. If you workout every other day or at least twice a week while using this cream you should see result in as little as two weeks. If you don't like working out at least wrap you stomach in a trimmer and go walk around the block a couple of times to get in a good sweat. you want results, SWEAT! Stop wrapping yourself up in plastic wrap and expecting things to magically disappear from your body. The product even says on the back "For best results it is recommended to use the product in addition to a healthy diet and physical activity". I had my abs back after having my two girls in three months because I put in the work. It would have taken longer without Eveline products. But remember everything takes time. Do not rush the process, take your time, listen to your body but also have a routine, stay committed, and never give up. And one more thing, I use the 4D Intense Serum Reducing Fatty Tissue Size Down Anti Cellulite Cream w/cooling effect, daily. Especially after each workout and shower.

This actually worked need more

I use this with an elastic bandage and an ab belt. It works almost like a homemade body wrap this way. I put the slim extreme on first to my entire stomach area all around as well as my back. Then I wrap the elastic bandage around my stomach area followed by the ab belt. It definitely makes me sweat a lot more than with just the ab belt alone. My waist and stomach slimmed down while using this product. It does give you a hot sensation, but it doesn't burn and it's not unbearable like some of the reviews make it seem. It does not burn your skin off. It just warms it up. If you use it while working out, it will become warmer as your body temperature goes up and you start sweating more. I have really sensitive skin. I did not get a rash like some of the other reviewers said. I did experience some itching after my workouts but I experienced the same itching with or without these products. Sometimes sweating just makes you itch.. All in all, I think this is a really good product. Compared to how my skin reacts to a lot of other products, I'd say this one is pretty good even if you have sensitive skin like me. Every product is not for everyone so you would just have to try it and see if it works for you. But I like using it as a body wrap during my workouts, and when I run out, I will definitely purchase again.
