Cruelty free dish soap that works great
I like to but cruelty free products and this dish soap bar is that and has eco friendly packaging with no plastic. This soap has a nice lemon scent and it lathers and cleans very well. It’s a little pricey but lasts a long time and is the best eco friendly and cruelty free option that I have tried - so it’s with the price.

Buy it!
This soap is great. I have very sensitive skin, and my hands handle this just fine. It cleans great and suds good.

Supports sustainable lifestyle. Effective with grease
So far I’m getting used to transitioning from liquid to solid bar. It takes longer to get enough soap into my sponge (I don’t use a brush) It seems to be effective with grease. Not sure yet how long it lasts compared to liquid. It seems to take a lot less amount to get some good bubbles going though. One sustainable way of living without single use plastic. Less carbon footprint.

Great for Hands - Not So Much for Dishes
I like this soap, but not for the dishes. I originally bought it hoping for a more natural dish soap bar. Based on reviews and research, it seemed like a great fit. At first, I did use it for the dishes, but unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed, it left my dishes feeling a bit greasy. I noticed that if I washed a plate and didn’t rinse it immediately, the soap residue made the surface feel slick once it dried. Because of that, I stopped using it for dishes. However, I’ve started using it as a hand soap in the kitchen, and for that, it’s fantastic! It leaves my hands feeling clean and not dried out. I actually love it for that purpose and would probably buy it again, just not for dishwashing.

A nice, plastic-free dish soap option that works for me, for the most part.
I really like the product and compostable packaging a lot. The soap suds up well and I like the light lemony scent. The only negative I have found is that sometimes I have to rinse the dishes a second time to remove a slight, milky soap film. We have very hard water with high calcium and iron levels, due to our water softener being out of commission. I suspect that when we get the softener replaced, that the soap film problem will be resolved. I will continue purchasing this soap until I can determine that softer water doesn't solve the problem.

Sudsy, Scented, Sanitized!
Gotta use hot water to get them bubbles. I love this dish soap and have been using it for the last 7 months. I’ve purchased 3 of them in that time and am barely through the top 1/4 th of my second one now. This third one was purchased for my new kitchen and container, which is a marble jar. I’m not sure what the jar was designed to hold but it was the perfect size for this particular soap and will resolve the problem of the mess around the soap dish/brush. This soap has a light citrus scent and lathers great. I will return here and add a video of the suds obtained with this dish soap once im fully moved in. I am very happy with this brand and hope they continue producing it. I’ll be lost without it!

Tried another brand.... Meliora is the BEST!
I love this soap! I bought this brand and had really liked it, but wanted to try another (cheaper) brand for comparison. The other brand's soap was cleverly packaged to include a loofah slice for the soap to rest on. Well, the soap was awful and didn't get my dishes clean. This brand gets my dishes -- even greasy pots -- sooo clean with just a couple of swipes of the sponge. Plus, as you can see from the photo, it is TALL. Because of that, it lasts much longer than the cheaper brand. Not only is it easy to use, but Meliora is sooo much better in every way! (And I saved the little loofah slice from the other brand, which has come in handy.)

Better then I expected
Perfect luster works with a brush and dish rag ,

At over $50, this was an absolute rip off. I was looking forward to a non-plastic solution to dish detergent, but Meliora certainly isn't it. It leaves a greasy/waxy layer on the water, and turns it water a milky colour. It has very little cleaning power. One star might be a more appropriate rating - if it cost about 75% less I'd still likely only leave 3 stars as it does't work well.
