FLEXISPOT Whole Piece 55"x28" Desktop 1" Thickness Height Adjustable Desk Rectangular Tabletop Black Board (55INCH Black Top)

The box that it came in was in a little bit of a rough shape, but the tabletop came in pristine condition. I was a little worried since I saw other reviews saying that their desk was damaged, but I think it might depend on who delivered it. Overall, it's very sturdy and nice as I was able to fit my console and PC on the desk along with a soundbar and two monitors. I used a set of table legs that I also bought from Amazon then drilled them in without issue. Also added a cable-management box under the desk to tidy the cables up. Figured going the DIY route was cheaper than getting those automated standing desks since I really wanted a simple and sturdy desk.

Absolutely love this. It came pre-drilled with holes for my standing desk legs and was super easy to set up. Also just love how the wood-look is.

I bought this 55" desk top with a 48" standing desk. This swap was honestly the best decision I ever made! the desk top is light, but also sturdy and durable. It was also super easy to drill into! My desk looks fantastic and it has so much space for all of my things.

Was as described. Despite the box arriving damaged the table was intacted.

Love my Flexispot standing desk. Got a basic white when I ordered it three years ago (see 3rd pic) . Have been redecorating the room though and decided to order a new top to jazz up the space.IF you feel TLDR for below: bottom line is you MAY have to drill holes and even chisel/route out space to make this new top fit your old Flexispot desk! If you’re willing, it will look great. But be prepared. Three stars is due to this.THE GOOD: package arrived quickly; was delivered with care. Well packed top inside with adequate cushioning. I promptly took the top out and simply placed it over the existing white top of my desk to confirm size. Perfect! It was exactly what I needed. Really liked the color and considered it good to go.I temporarily covered the desk with a drop cloth while painting the room, reno, and such. Finally after six weeks we were done and I was ready to swap the tops. Just flip over the desk… unscrew… move to new top… screw in. Right? Not so fast!THE NOT GOOD: I had already seen a few reviews mentioning holes don’t line up so I expected that might be the case but would be an easy enough fix. But after unscrewing the legs and crossbar from the bottom of the original desk, we were surprised to see that almost no holes matched and the bigger issue was the recessed section of the white top that accommodates the motor’s screw heads. Gahhh!First thought was to check the product; nope nothing in the listing to specify it was for a certain desk model. Just size. Next thought was to return it… but my return window had passed. So I reached out to Flexispot via website for conversation. While they were very responsive (5 email exchanges in about 30 hours!) the explanation was that new holes could easily be drilled where needed. Existing holes were just guides but could be ignored. That would have been fine for us, but that recessed section was not addressed. (See second pic)Not wanting to waste the top, my husband got out chisels and hammer to make the space needed on the bottom of the new desktop. Plus he drilled new holes where needed.BOTTOM LINE: Nice top. Pretty color. I’m good with the finish and wood “look” so I don’t have to worry about spills/hot mug or plate, scratches. But I took off two stars because it should be specified SOMEWHERE that there are some models of Flexispot desks that don’t work with Flexispot tops out of the box. BTW I looked right on their website too and don’t find anything in listing there for the new tops to speak to this issue. Bummer that it requires this effort… I don’t think everyone would want or to able to make this modification themselves.

Came very well packed. The board itself is of good quality, solid glued bamboo sticks inside with cross layers on both sides. There are no voids inside and it's pretty heavy. As any bamboo table, it may look somewhat "plastic" because of the hardness and all the glue used in construction. But it's still natural and very durable. Actual size is 55"x27.5"
