Failed after one month
UPDATE: I installed three of these in total, all of which failed in less than 8 months. I did not tow with them and I did not otherwise abuse them. I can't fathom how they were made for this application. Bottom line, I wouldn't touch these ever again. It was a waste of money and the time I spent installing. Junk. Installed two of these on 2008 Suburban. After about three weeks of minimal use, I started hearing a hollow, metallic sound from right rear. Climbed underneath and found the new shock had lateral play in it on the top half. Over bumps, this play was making the noise I was hearing. Ordered and installed a replacement and it has been okay. Bottom line, I had to buy three to get two good ones. Warranty process looks laborious so I’ll just eat the loss for failed part. Next time will probably buy a different brand.

I thought they would be easy to install...if the bolts don't break your doing great. Make sure you know what your doing and have all the correct tools and you might be ok otherwise get your mechanic to do it and save yourself the pain. Took me 4 hours for just one because the bottom bolt broke and had to remove it...not easy.
