There's nothing much to say about product that hasn't been already said and it is a useful item t have and it's a good value for the money a great sugar substitute dissolves almost instantly on coffee or tea and the ease of transport and having when you really need it!

I am interested in sugar substitutes, not because I am diabetic but to cut down on calories. I am on a strict healthy diet to keep a lower weight and I make efforts to get as much nutrition as possible while also enjoying my food. I have been trying to cut out the 120 calories of tablespoons of raw unfiltered honey or unrefined cane sugar from my morning vegan milkshake. Yes, these are good sweeteners but they still have calories. Pure stevia extract worked terribly as a substitute in my milkshake; I could never ignore the bitter aftertaste (the one place stevia has worked amazingly for me so far is lemonade). I couldn’t even handle pure monkfruit extract in my milkshake. I also used sucralose liquid from another company in my milkshake and it was too bitter. This Splenda helped me finally succeed in cutting out the 120 calories. Here is my recipe! 1. 2 cups of Eden Foods soy milk (the version with just soybeans and water) 2. Two tablespoons of raw pure cocoa powder (I use the Terrasoul brand) 3. Two tablespoons of pure oil-free salt-free sugar-free sunflower butter (just sunflower butter). I use the Sunbutter brand. 4. Three packets of Splenda (equivalent to the two tablespoons of sweetener I was using previously). The result is very pleasant and very satisfying. Probably the versions with added-calorie sweeteners were tastier (I love the taste of unfiltered raw honey and raw unrefined cane sugar), but this more than does the job and I am saving on 120 calories. No after taste at all. I am very satisfied with my yummy Splenda sweetened morning chocolate drink. I plan to use Splenda in healthy homemade ice creams as well. Not sure if it’s safety at high temperatures for baking though. I also know that people say Splenda can affect gut microbiomes, but I do take a probiotic supplement daily. For the record, I have not craved store brought sweet desserts since making my nutritionally dense yummy versions at home. I now have store brought desserts or eat out only one or two times a month at the most and even then am often dissatisfied with the tastes of food 😀. Being thin while strictly eating the most nutritionally dense food possible has been a fun exploratory journey. For the record, I am not a strict vegan as I found salmon with bones and skin provides me a lot of nutritional value. Apart from that though, most days I avoid other animal foods besides honey.
