I was suffering from many cramps in the feet and legs , I started researching , and saw that it could be due to lack of potassium and magnesium, I order this product by mistake, thinking it was magnesium, but I read that it was very good for cartilage and nerves , I keep it , and I feel great thanks to God

you can not reach this company, the number on the bottle is fake and not working and the web site has another number that is also not working. I sent 2 emails asking an important question with no response. 2 bottles i purchased had something growing in it and it looked very weird and gross. i tried many times to reach company but no response. I also tried to google if this is normal i couldn't finding info so i through one bottle away and still have a full bottle that has something growing in it. It looks like the drink kombucha

Mix with just a little water other product may be flavored by product.

i found combing the manganese with magnesium helps with sleep.

Reduces leg cramps

I like buying my liquid minerals from Good State, through Amazon. I just wish they had a better selection of minerals. I'd love to be able to get selenium from them through Amazon. Glad it still comes with a dropper.

I am deficient in manganese, so I take 1/2 capful daily upon waking. I am happy this product has a pleasant taste.
