Cool banana leaf cover, fits my 9x13 pan
I love this product, it’s beauty is amazing and the functionality is impressive. I use this for my 9x13 pan to let the dough rise for focaccia bread. It’s a great product, seals well and super easy clean up. Just rinse and it’s good to go.

So darn cute
I love it. We have banana trees at our house so obviously we wanted one. It works great, awesome quality. Highly recommend. We hand wash it. Heat retention is great

Nice, versatile product :)
This is a great and versatile product! I was having a hard time finding a replacement lid for my slow cooker that is no longer being manufactured. I had asked other previous owners if anyone had tried using this lid in such a capacity. Most had not and thought it might not work as well. In fact, I used it last week as a lid to my slow cooker and it did a great job. It sealed around the top rim of the insert and trapped in all of the heat and steam as the original lid would have done. Of course, I wouldn't recommend travelling with this silicon lid over the cooker, but for cooking purposes, it worked perfectly for our needs. :)

Great buy
great way to cover larger dishes, and reduce the use of plastic wrap and aluminum. *Edit 9/30/16 I still think this lid is great to cover my larger pyrex bakeware without needing to use plastic wrap or aluminum foil, but find that it doesn't really seal; I am revising my original rating from 5 stars to 4 (really more of a 3.5, but will add that extra .5 because I really like the reduced use of aluminum and plastic wrap). I find that the lid is easily bumped and dislodged from my dish while covering the dish during storage, and can result in spills or dried out food. As a useful lid/covering for use in the oven (under 450°F), I find that because of the lid's large size it is too flexible and falls into the food during cooking. As such, I believe that this lid is really best for food storage, but might work better with different dishes that the pyrex rectangular bakeware I have.

Good for your baking, easiest to use, better for the planet.
I've been using this frequently for over a year now and can't imagine not having it. It is always a breeze to clean. I bought this to help cut down on my part in climate change/destroying the planet through my use of aluminum foil and plastic wrap. It is eaiser to use and works better than those products anyway so I'm not giving up ease of use or quality in order to cut down on unecessary waste. It provides a seal over anything I bake in the oven, traping in steam, far better than you can get with aluminum foil. Even though it needs washing it's still faster to wash than the time you would take getting the foil on the first place, not to mention the time it takes to shop for more and the time it takes to earn the $'s to pay for more etc. Plus you can store what you have cooked without transfering it to another dish to store in the fridge because it seals on the container/baking dish in the fridge too. In a time when I know every purchase depletes our planet of a little more of its limitted resources, this is a purchase I can make and use and enjoy knowing it means I'm not repeatedly and unecessarily wasting more with each use.

These silicone lids are great, very practical
Like many of the other reviewers wrote, I will chime in and say that these are much better than plastic wrap or foil. We first used smaller sunflower versions. We liked them so much I bought this banana leaf size for the large rectangular glass casserole dishes that came with loose fitting plastic lids. The silicone lids seal both metal and glass dishes incredibly well and can be used to store food in the fridge with a better seal than many container lids provide. The seal is so effective that you need to use caution when removing them as the vacuum seal they create can be so tight as to lift the pot or dish with it. I have had both glass casserole dishes and Revere Ware steel pots with hot soup in them lift off of the counter or stove top when removing these lids. So be warned, someone can be burned if you take the lid off carelessly! The solution to this problem is lift from the edge first and you will avoid the suction effect that happens when grabbing the handle in the center and lifting the lid. The lids look great and other than the high price, the only negative I have about any of these lids, but especially for the large banana leaf version, is that they will sag slightly into the dish. I expected this would be a problem with the bigger lid, but it is only slight. We have used it as a cake cover for sheet cakes kept in the pan and if the food is less than a half inch or so from the top the lid will touch it. Generally not a problem, but it can mess up icing on a cake.

Works beautifully and eco-friendly
Bought this to use with my 9x13” casserole dish. It fits perfectly, and I also use it with my smaller rectangular dish. It seals and creates a vacuum on the dish, and saves on aluminum foil. Easy to clean, it is dishwasher-safe but I hand wash it with no issues. I plan to buy more of these for some bowls.

What a great product! It does really seal when placed on a 9 x 13 pan - glass, or otherwise. Saves so much time and money to use instead of plastic wrap.

Wonderful product. I have several round poppy lids in all sizes and this is perfect for my square dishes. Easy to use and wash. Seals well.
