Rhode Island Novelty 4" Magic Coin Case

This little coin case trick was really fun. I gave them away at a school function and everyone was happy with them.

One child loves the item.but the other expected to get one based on the item saying its a 12 pack. Left message to try and ask why i received 1 instead of 12 pack. Would have bought for over 6.00 if I knew this was for just one..

Great for the price. As other reviewers said, some of them are too loose, but mostly they work well. Quarters fit in some, but not in others.

This order was delivered on time and was well packaged. I was excited with the thought of giving them to children I knew. After a while - I decided I better check out the product so I opened one and then all of them. Let me say, I have a 50 year old wooden coin trick just like this. My grandson loves it so I wanted him to have his own. This product sent to me was completely inferior as the slide portion inside where the coin is hidden slips back and forth - giving away the whole trick and letting the "hidden" coin fall out.

I purchased these to give out at my 11 year old son's magic themed birthday party. Looks good, but very poor quality - The gimmick slide moves back and forth as you move the coin case to show the spectators, so it gives away the trick - Checked all 12 cases and they all have the same flaw - With the flaw it's an OK trick and party favor for 5 and 6 year olds, but definitely a disappointment for older kids. If it weren't for this small flaw this would be a great trick for kids of all ages. I have a higher quality one that I purchased years ago from a local magic shop and it still works perfectly.

Is a little thick, so the coin rattles inside if you are not careful. The slider can move on it's own to your handwork has to be smooth. All in all, however, it works and is a good price.

I did not pay attention to the number of items that you receive... I thought I was paying for one, but instead, it was a dozen. What a bargain. I will give the addition ones as party favors later!
