13 year old budding chef loves this book. We’ve already had treats from it. Good value, loads of pictures and easy to follow recipes. Would definitely recommend to any cook, not just for young ‘uns.

Lots of recipes in here I would never have thought of trying with the kids - soft pretzels, tear and share bread rolls, cinnamon rolls. I’d been getting bored of making cup cakes and really needed this inspiration. Lots of recipes take up the skills level slightly so great for learning. Strongly recommend. Nice hardback book. (If you’re worried about USA measurements just press the Oz button on your scales…)

Myself and Great Grandaughter who is 2yrs and loves cooking, love this recipe book, We have done some youtube video on our channel using recipes from this book. We love the simple style and easy recipes that go well with us and our subscribers and watchers.

A gift for my niece who loves baking. The recipes look lovely but unfortunately are in American and imperial measurements when we use metric. There is a conversion table at the back but for a child learning about weight as well it's too confusing.

My grandson love this book... thank you!!!! He said it has yummy pics so i know that he will enjoy cooking from these pages

Only issue I have is the quantities are American so it takes a bit of time to work out how much a “stick” of butter and Fahrenheit god oven etc. Recipies are nice and it’s a great guide for my 10 year old.

it comes with really easy to more complicated recipes. its for little ones to big ones. it is easy to understand with the chef hats reference.

The book we got technically belongs to our 8 yo son. But the way *I* use it, you'd think it was made for adults. This book is incredible. Every recipe we have tried has been a success. This isn't something one can easily say about baking books made for children. MOST baking books for children simplify things to a point of mediocre product... It goes something like this: The kids get their "I MADE THIS" satisfaction, and promptly the recipe is forgotten. After a couple recipes, then, the book is relegated to downstairs bookshelf, which then eventually make their way to the goodwill pile. THIS book is different. Every recipe we tried makes excellent product (I have even replaced some of my go-to recipes with recipes out of this book!) And the recipes are downright fool-proof, easy to follow, and (most importantly) leaves room for plenty of edits and extensions. You can tell a ton of effort has gone into research and perfection of these recipes. I now have recommended this book to multiple grown-ups. I honestly think this is the best there is for anyone start out baking no matter how old you are.

Brought as a Christmas gift for a 12 year old girl. She loved this book and was so happy to look through it. Prefect gifts for young chefs in the making
