They do the job
They're built to spec, no problems with them so far. The din part holds the plug firmly, the leads are spaced correctly to fit in a breadboard or to replace an existing socket. Not sure what else can be said about them.

Shoots the midi zaps with ease. Fits nicely on breadboards!

Different each time with varying quality
I ordered these twice. First time was okay, connections were good. This second time though, the part is clearly different from the first order judging by both the markings and fit. The tolerance is too tight around most MIDI cable ends and out of the 2 I installed, 1 of them had the plastic crack and one didn't make a good electrical connection. Won't order these again with that kind of inconsistency.
