Keeps me calm
There's something about Pantothenic acid that calms my nervous system. I take about 1/4 - 1/5 of a tablet before bed and my body relaxes and helps me to fall asleep. It just works really well for me and it's inexpensive . It's known to help with the proper functioning of the nervous system and liver as well as a healthy digestive tract.

I heard this stuff helps with acne, stress, and energy levels - all problems I had been having. Lately, my back had been covered with large cystic acne places, and I'd been a bit stressed lately. Since I'd started taking this stuff, I haven't had but one tiny pimple come up, and it went away as soon as it came. Helped my energy, and I seem to be in a better mood (not getting agitated and the like over simple things).

This stuff is amazing. It really helps with acne. Once you stop using, it tends to creep back, though. I get blackheads and some adult acne that it clears right up in the matter of 2-3 weeks. Wish I could buy in bigger quantities for a discount, though

Source Naturals seems to be high quality in every supplement I have purchased from them. Taken daily, really helps in avoiding pms acne.

Horsepill with bennifits!
I like this brand, I buy other things from them as well and I did feel positive results from this but what I dont appreciate is the huge pills when there is absolutely no need for such a large pill and frankly it made me wonder how much of extra ingredients where in it to make up such a large pill. Though I like the brand over all, I have been buying from another brand for Pantothenic Acid as of late. I dont take this for acne at all, I take this because it helps the liver break down sugar and fat...I've noticed my energy level is increased and my hair is softer also in general my skin does seem healthier.
