190lb guy, I have the 20b best. I also have the goruck plate carrier, another off brand vest from amazon, 5.11 weighted vest and the wildgym feather ruck. The goruck plate carrier is a super solid build, but really uncomfortable. 5.11 is comfy also. Just got the wildgym, but it seems good. This henkelion vest, so far, is the most comfortable. Its as little thicker, but I think that is worth the comfort. Its not adjustable, which is actually a good thing. My other amazon generic vest is adjustable, and the little weight packs make it uncomfortable. For the money, I don't think this vest can be beat. I have done about hikes with it, so about 60 miles with it. It is holding up, not issues.

Wanted a petite weighted vest for walking and hiking that fits my 5’0 110lb frame and this one fit perfect. I won’t be using it for running though I think it would jostle around too much. It’s soft and comfortable and a good price. There’s no strong smell. Happy with my purchase!

I really like the way this vest sits. The weight is mostly on my shoulders which makes it easier for me to run in.

so far so good, I’m 315 pounds, Its a bit of a workout in itself to put it on but once its on just sitting it it activates your muscles! I got the 30 pound vest. I would say the drawback I notice is that I feel like i want to push the shoulders up, being 300 plus pounds I was worried if it would fit around my back but its fine I’m comfortable. its not too tight. I was worried my boobs would be smashed they a squished slightly but it’s not uncomfortable I have the slide on the bottom strap all the way to the end. it will be interesting to see it tighten up as I loose weight. good buy.

After almost 2 weeks of airing out in a garage, it still smells. It fits and functions fine but if the smell is off gassing of chemicals I don't want to breathe in, then it's not doing anything good for my health to have it 12 inches from my nose while I'm breathing heavy every day. All the other stinky stuff I've purchased is better after a couple days of airing out and I'm concerned this is never going to go away. What is it?

I wasn’t sure this would live up to my expectations, and I was particularly concerned about the weight distribution — but it feels surprisingly even. I can definitely feel that I’m wearing it on my walks, and even though I’ve only used it about five times this past week, I already notice a difference. I feel it in my neck and shoulders as well, which is expected when carrying extra weight on the upper body. It also seems to be helping with my posture, as it naturally pulls my shoulders back, which is a bonus. The only downside so far is that I’ve developed a rash around my neck and shoulders since I started wearing it, and I’m still trying to figure out what’s causing that. May not be related but has only appeared since I started to wear it.

I really like this weighted vest. I live in London and don't drive so I walk a lot. I wear the vest at the weekend when I am going to the shops or walking in the park. It just adds a little bit more exercise to the walking, which is great. I did not go for a very heavy vest as I thought that would put me off walking. So I went for an 8 pound vest and it is perfect.

I decided to start my regular walks with a weighted vest. Did some research and chose this one bevause its not super heavy and it distributes the weight in a very comfortable manner. Its excellent. Walked the dogs and did 5km in it today.
