I got this pillow for my husband after he complained about ours. I didn’t understand what was wrong with our preexisting pillows until I slept on this one! I slept so much better, it’s a great firm/soft level & is just overall 1000% better than our old stuffed & feathered pillows. The cool technology took me a tiny bit of time to get used to, but I love it now (was also coming from dinosaur pillows so factor that in lol). This pillow was also a better price than comparable pillows o found online. Basically I’m encouraging you to buy this pillow, I literally steal it from my husband when he is in the shower & go to sleep so I can have it for the night!!

I'm a side sleeper and usually a two pillow user. This has replaced both pillows and I rest so easy. I love it! I wish it was in stock to order more. It seems to be out of stock everywhere.

Unfortunately this pillow was not the pillow for me, but I thought it was a good pillow. The size is perfect, the height is right on par, and it is a very soft and comfortable pillow. The cooling cover definitely is cool, which is an awesome feature of this pillow. It has a little bit of a chemical smell, but nothing crazy and that can’t be aired out. Unfortunately the pillow was not supportive enough for me and ended up hurting my neck. I think the memory foam just isn’t dense enough for my liking, though it did feel very comfortable!

After reading reviews, I took out of package and let it rest for 2 days to inflate. No off smells. Truly comfortable nights sleep. I wouldn't mind if it was a little firmer, but way better than my current pillow. Reduced neck pain. I sleep side and also back. Extremely comfortable both ways. I've purchased more expensive pillows that were way less comfortable than this. I decided to order this pillow after realizing v that my travel pillow, made by this brand, was more comfortable than all my other pillows. So far, after 2 days of use, I am sleeping better, experiencing much less neck pain ANd holds its shape very well.

The moment I unboxed this pillow and felt it through the plastic packaging, I knew I would love it. My first two nights sleep with this pillow changed my life. So cool and paired with a cooling hypoallergenic pillowcase this pillow is worth every penny. Thinking about buying a second one very soon for the missus. Highly recommend.

I bought this pillow after my old one stopped cooling. The old pillow (same as this one) lasted a little over 2.5 years so I decided to purchase it again. There were a few differences between the two since they were a couple years apart. The support is wonderful, it is firm but still contours to my neck and head. The pillow feels slightly cool to the touch but as soon as I lay my head down, it does not feel as cool. After about 5-10 minutes of laying on it, there is no coolness left in the area where my head and neck are laying. If you are looking for comfort, this pillow is excellent but if you want a cooling pillow, I would not recommend this one. I do not use a pillow case so I can get the most of the cooling feature but it is very underwhelming.

I swear I've purchased a new pillow every year trying to find one I liked. All have been just ok. They either work alright for a month and go flat, or the stuffing doesn't stay where it should... too puffy, too flat. I was very skeptical about all the rave reviews for this pillow, but I decided to give it a shot since I hadn't used this type of pillow before. When my head first hit the pillow I was a bit worried. It felt HARD. But I gave it a shot. I loved it from the very first night and it's only gotten better from there. PERFECT support for my head. It doesn't collapse, isn't too puffy, and feels soft. I can't believe how much my sleep has improved. I used to wake up several times during the night with my arms numb, my ear aching, having to fluff up my flat pillow. I thought I was just bad at sleeping. Nope, turns out my pillow was terrible! I've slept all through the night several times and I can't remember the last time I've done that. Probably years! I finally found the perfect pillow and can get rid of all those other crappy ones!

We bought these pillows to replace $100 bamboo cooling pillows we bought when we bought our mattress 2 years ago. These are a good dupe for much less. The gel side is nice and cool, and best of all, your head doesn't sink into the pillow. It offers support while still being comfortable.

Finally I found the pillow for me 😫 unlike many foam pillows I have tried, this one is surprisingly LIGHT. Almost as light as an empty backpack lol The cooling feature can be limited when I put a regular pillow case on it, but without one its very cooling
