Is it functioning at 100%?

I am hesitant to unequivocally say yes, but it probably is as close to 100% as can be expected. I didn’t have the original as a kid, so I can only assume the display was always this tough to see despite playing with the contrast. The only confirmable problem I had was once the game cartridge did not read correctly. This was fixed by removing and reinserting the cartridge. Otherwise it seems like a solid refurbishment.
