Superb product ... i received same product as mentioned in website. very hard pipe inside ... I use it post workout ....and it is recommended for every gym guy who use to lift heavy weights ...it relieves the muscle soreness ...it's a type of message and message gives the muscles room to grow. I carry in my gym bag - besides my weightlifting belt. Size is perfect and the plastic inside is hard - it does not flex around when your body weight is over the roller.The shape & notches are great for relaxing sore muscles & releasing knots. I have never used this before, so I don't know if it's the right thing. It is basically bigger than my thigh. Came with the bag and everything. Quality seems good. It's foam but not the soft kind. Lets see if it works for me.
