Takii Pure Umami Powder (4.4 Lbs Bulk)

This is the end all be all of savory flavor. Its not like a salt, but it could be; you will need to tone down the added salt on some dishes, but imo you dont need to remove it. But it really is an instant "taste super good" seasoning. I put it on toast, i mix it in scrambled eggs, it makes my soups, stews, and sauces unable to be put down. You think taco seasoning is the apex of taste? Add in a couple tablespoons of takii to the meat (and or beans) and oh ho ho hoooooo boy, youll wolf down 6 of them in 6 minutes; or youll take 30 minutes because you wont want to swallow, just letting the waves of umami soak in your mouth. I bought this bag in 2020, and im about 3/4 done, it really lasts a good amount of time, especially considering i use it in half the stuff i cook with. I cannot recommend another seasoning more highly, proprietary blends are overrated, takii really is an ace card in comparison.

It changed the way i cook. I have used it for almost all my menu. This is one of the things that i cannot live without. AMAZING!

I was buying the smaller packages for a long time, it's not cheap but I feel it's completely worth the price of admission. I put this stuff on just about everything in one way or another, cup-o-soup, yep, salads, you betchya, Avocado, oh yeah forget the straight salt thing!

Not only does it add a rich flavor to your dish, the health benefits are insane.
