All my cichlids love this formula. The only complaint I have seen from others is that the 3mm size is too small for "Big Fellas". I suggest buyers read the details of this product where it clearly states that it is 3mm, and buyers should judge in advance whether this is the size pellet they are looking for.

I ordered this product back in October. It was more than I asked for. I thought it was a small jar and it is a very large jar of fish food. I only have seven fish very small cichlids. I forgot I put it on subscribe as I do other fish foods, and when a delivery came today I was shocked. I don’t know what to do with this product so I try to return and it says I am not able to return this product. It hasn’t been here two hours. And I’m not able to return the fish so please be aware don’t make the same mistake I did because it’s costly.

My fish like it. I switch around from rons to NLS and omega one. This product does not cloud up the water to bad.

Very disappointed in this order! I have been using the 20 oz. size of this for years and it worked great. However, when I switched to the larger 2.5 lbs size of the exact same food the pellets sank like rocks for some reason. My frontosas will dig through the sand for it, but my larger fish that are used to live food won't touch it. I have no idea why changing the packaging size made a difference, or maybe it was just a bad batch. I would have returned it, but I finished off me previous container 1st & it was past the 30 day mark. Picture shows previous size used vs. this one & that otherwise it is the exact same thing - or should be.

I don't have any issues with the xtreme Aquatic food (big fella)sticks which about a 3mm pellet in reality. The food contains high quality ingredients and the fish loves it which is the greatest part right? No, every time that I have ordered this great fish food for some reason it always arrives damaged. The plastic container, is crushed or cracked inside the shipping envelope with the pellets everywhere. I always have to placement food into a large Ziploc baggy. My opinion the food should be shipped inside of a box.
