The scanning mat is a good quality plastic. The cutting mats could be a lot more durable.

I took a chance and bought this for a great price through Amazon Warehouse. It came in almost perfect condition and works great with my ScanNCut SDX225F. I like the larger scanning size since I put multiple/larger pattern pieces on the mat. I believe this larger scannning mat is only compatible with the innovis DX225-230 machines so make sure to check your manual if you have a different model.
