This GOODONYA electrolyte drink mix has been my go-to for hydration, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The only electrolytes that actually taste pretty good! Sometimes it doesn’t dissolve completely but it isn’t a huge deal.

Doesn’t even taste like lemon. Powder in the package doesn’t even smell like lemon. Wife agrees. Sadly, will be returning. Will go back to True Lemon with stevia. Update: it’s not returnable. Wasted $30. Read the other reviews and notice the common theme before you decide to purchase.

The flavor is pleasant and not overpowering like some drink mixes. I like that it has only a small amount of sodium which allows it to be used for general hydration, but probably not an intense workout. The product doesn't mix easily and needs to be stirred a lot until it is fully dissolved and all the clumps are gone. Based on the price, the product should perfect in my opinion...so I am probably not buying again even though I really like the taste.
