Pretty satisfied.
The product is easy to use, flowered well, doesn’t smell very ‘yeasty’, and my dough rose better than expected. What killed the loaf was a power failure ten minutes into the bake! 😫 I made a bunch of dinner rolls and a loaf of bread. Both turned out very good for a power failure. I’m quite satisfied with the product and will buy it again most definitely. It’s inexpensive and makes baking bread a breeze!

Disappointing results
Warm water. A tsp of honey. A spoon full of atta. Sprinkle any amount of this yeast. Wait for bubbles. Not much happens. Very disappointed. Two stars because the bread does rise a little. Not enough. This yeast is not quite dead. Not quite useful either.
