Good Option
So far, the closest to authentic of all the package mixes. Still could use a bit stronnger lemon flavor.

The only one worth your money
Love this packet mix. It’s still a bit removed from the real thing but at least comes together nicely and has good flavor

Good but not the best
Needs WAY too much butter and has no lemon flavor at all

Great!
Excellent flavor, easy to make- pricey, but not always easy to find in store

Very Good!
I bought this because the kind I usually buy of Out of Stock - this was just as good, so now I am assured of a choice if either is out of stock again.

Mild taste that lends itself to a variety of extra spices or addition lemon flavoring.
Light, lemony taste that lacks all the weirdness of bottled products, and because it is so mild, it can be easily customized to taste. It takes about 15 minutes to prepare and makes 1.5 cups, which is good for around ten servings. While it holds up pretty well in the fridge, it tends to become watery after 10 to 15 days (I usually wind up tossing the last 10 to 16 percent).

For a package, it's good
Not as good as homemade, but its simplicity is a good tradeoff. Eggs Benedict and on aspargus is very good. I have made hollandaise from scratch and it is great, but it is an investment of time and ingredients and dirty cookware that makes opt for the packaged stuff.
