These riding sunglasses arrived very well packaged and wrapped for increased protection, and in perfect condition! As soon as they were in my hands, they felt feather-light. They appeared very well made and I could find no flaws. These have very dark lenses for bright sun. They provide UV400 protection which means 99-100% protection from UVA and UVB rays. They have polycarbonate lenses, polarized, and have an anti-fog coating. The padding is super comfortable and no debris found it's way to my eyes on a 210 mile ride! They fit against my face, and the foam on the outer sides next to my eyes are extremely close to my face but not pressing against my face. There was room for my medium length strip lashes without smashing them, too! The lenses wrap around enough to allow for unobstructed peripheral vision, needed for viewing who is in the lane next to me and to make safe lane changes (my last pair obstructed my peripheral vision). I have problems with headaches when the ear pieces on glasses are too close together and tight. These did not give me a headache and did not feel tight. I wore them for a 210 mile ride today and they passed my extremely picky test. Esthetically, I am happy with the way they look on me. Value-wise, I paid under $14 for this pair. Too good to be true! So... 5-starts for fit, comfort, function, appearance, and value.

I love that these sunglasses are very dark, quality sunglasses and are a good value. The fit is good and the only negative, for me, is the little ridge around them. This ridge is excellent when in a lot of wind, but leaves marks around my eyes and is a little uncomfortable, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

I bought these super dark sunglasses for my Mom who is older, who recently had Lasik surgery in both eyes. She has had unfortunate complications in both eyes after the surgery and now has extreme light sensitivity to the point that she can't really even open her eyes in any light at all. She wasn't able to function, go out, or drive - even with dark store bought sunglasses. Then I found these MF Payback glasses and WOW! She can see! They are very dark, and they have a soft ridge around all of the edge around the eyes and face that block light from coming in at the openings! She tells me constantly that she doesn't know what she'd do if I hadn't found these glasses. I bought her a second back-up pair too, as she is still suffering with the light issues, but the sunglasses are a godsend for her. They are really well made and very durable - she wears them constantly! Thank you!

I have to give these five stars because of the price, durability, eye protection, and the best available with padding. I can drive directly into the low angle sun in Arizona and still see where I'm going!!! I have not lost any measurable eyesight nor do I have spots from doing this Often for More than a decade. This padding keeps the dust out of my eyes here in the Arizona desert Very well. These lenses are interchangeable with earlier MF model frames. However it does take a fair amount of pressure applied cautiously to be sure they pop in completely. TIP. Use a scratch-free cloth to do this.. But now they are slightly wider and leave a little more space between the padding and my temples. However I do think they could possibly fit a wider range of head shapes. Thanks all you MF -ers(?).. Over the years these MF-in Cool Shades have made my life outdoors in my Jeep much more enjoyable. Maybe even have saved my life on the trail from high winds and dust in an open vehicle.. LOL : )

Oddly, these are so bad when looking through the windshield of my motorcycle, that I can't safely wear them. On my ATV, however, without a windshield, they're fine, albeit not as good at blocking the wind from my eyes as other cycling glasses that I have. I bought them because they're polarized, and yet, the problem with my motorcycle is that they CREATE all sorts of reflections and optical illusions. For example, my ignition key and a bit of its surrounding surfaces have always been mirrored along the top couple inches of my windshield, but with these glasses, everything including my blouse is reflected throughout the windshield, AND there's a rainbow arching across it. In addition, shiny blacktop, as in painted driveways, pops up like it's above ground level and nearly glows. To top it off, the "improved visual acuity" that my research always touted for polarization was the opposite for me. I couldn't read road signs until I was almost next to them. I can only use them on my ATV, so 3 stars it is. Nonetheless, they're a great buy with their nicely dark but not too dark lenses, well curved frame and width that fits my face perfectly, and full UV protection, assuming that their UV400 claim is true.

These sunglasses are amazing for the price. I can't keep sunglasses in good condition because I work construction. I wouldn't be upset if they get scratched or crushed. The main reason I got these sunglasses is because they have super dark lenses. During the winter the sunlight reflecting off the snow is brutal. Even my old Oakley sunglasses were ineffective at preventing snow blindness. These sunglasses have nice padding around it and they close any gaps between the glasses and your face. I am happy I found these sunglasses and pleased with the overall quality and price. I definitely recommend these bad boys!

Tough. nice and dark

Super dark it definitely is. Great for biking or any outdoor dusty work.
