BV Pannier Set is perfect for commuting to work or school, and for everyday off-bike use. The panniers can be simply and quickly detached with a hook and strap (shoulder strap is included for off-road use). The side pocket design ensures that cyclists have easy access to their appliance. Nice design
Seem value for money, look well made, have not used yet, but will soon when I visit Spain, Then we will see how good they are.

I installed these on a front rack instead of the rear. I use them almost daily to commute. Well made. The quick release is very good and there is reasonable flexibility in the fit to different racks. Bags seem to be quality built. Fit my bike rack very well, don't rattle at all, and are easy to engage/disengage.

It certainly holds a lot of material, and the outside is tough enough, but 3/4 of the main zippers have already broken, and the stitching holding the zipper track in place is busted on both bags. I've had them for a couple months.

These are nice looking and of sufficient quality for the money. The are not the high-end high-capacity Ortlieb panniers but they're about 1/3 the price and suit my purposes. I bought the model with the quick-release attachment and am glad I spent the few extra bucks.
