Girl Plushee Pal - Light

This elf is adorable. My kids highly anticipate our elf's arrival every Thanksgiving (we have the original elf on the shelf that comes with the book, which I also recommend) and I could always see that not being able to touch or play with the elf because "he will lose his magic" was hard for them. So now they have a cuter, softer version of their elf that they can snuggle and play with all year. We have both the girl and boy version and both are great. Some parents are using this in place of the original elf, but I still recommend getting the original with the book. If you have a house full of toys like we do, finding this little guy every night (or sneaking it out of your child's arms if they sleep with them like mine do) and finding a new place for it every day might not be easy. Both the original elf and this new plushie are worth every penny for the joy, wonder and anticipation it brings your child.

Absolutely adorable! Nice fabric, soft and cuddly. Which has little advantage taking that kids aren't allowed to touch the Elf. But thanks to it the Elf looks much nicer and cuter than the original creepy relative of Ronald McDonald. I bought it not only because it's nicer but also because I refused to be "trapped" or blackmailed by the marketing tricks of "Elf on the Shelf" company. Their product is overpriced, comes with an ugly toy and they don't give you the option of buying any of it separately. In fact they do but then it's more expensive than the set. Very nasty way of framing parents into buying the product. In fact the story is nice, the message is OK ("Believe" is always good) but the way they make money on it has little to do with the Christmas spirit (I would understand if part of the profit was donated to charity). As many parents I was facing the dilemma whether to be doomed by buying it or not buying it with the same outcome. I decided to create our own tradition. I bought this cute plush Elf. Wrote a letter to my children from her explaining the appearance and lack of book (I leave it to your creativity. In my Elf's case it was " a special mission"). They fell in love with her and didn't have any problem with her story. In fact they were excited to know that the "special" Elf was assigned for them. Wish you luck.

We bought this as a gift from our elf on a shelf and our daughter adored it! She was able to hold and play with this toy, and keep her all year long! Very soft and great quality, perfect Christmas gift!

We bought this elf after my daughter discovered the whole "elf on the shelf" thing from friends at school. This elf is super cute and very well made. Her hands are sewn together at the tips, and so far it has worked for us, so we have left them that way, but they could be snipped apart if needed. Her legs and arms are totally floppy and she is a bit top heavy with the big head, so it is tricky to pose her in a sitting position unless she has something to lean on. I did manage to get her sitting on our piano bench (the clever elf stacked a pile of puzzle boxes so she could reach the piano keys) and my daughter was delighted to find her playing the piano this morning - since she is a female elf with a cute white skirt, the skirt helps with the sitting if you spread it out behind her. Great elf! And we love the larger size (than the small elf that comes with the book).

My daughter loves her elf this momma doesn’t care for the elf trend bc I don’t have the energy to do it but I told her I could get her a doll to have and it’s perfect!

My 6 year old granddaughter loves the large, girl Elf on the Shelf. She carries her everywhere.

La mejor compra para sustituir al elf normal, ya que este lo pueden abrazar y tocar, le encanta, se ensucia fácilmente por la tela, pero se lava súper fácil y no pierde la forma ni se maltrata, es demasiado suave y de tamaño está perfecta para que la carguen a donde y cuando quieran, mi hija de 8 años la ama muchísimo.
