I have used this Melatonin for some time now. It's very easy to use; dissolves completely and quickly in the mouth. I like that there is less filler material. I also like that it is easy to choose a dosage since each tablet is a small amount. I use just one most nights, but sometimes want more.

Whether you need 1-mg, 2, or 3, this supplement does the trick. Multiple members of our family use this product. Depending upon the situation, we may take one, two, or three tablets. Then we sleep. This works for us when it is needed. It may take a bit for you to figure out which dose works best for you under what circumstances, but this helped us when we needed it.
