I don’t like taking pills, so I really appreciate that this melatonin is tiny and easy to take. It dissolves quickly, and the taste is not bad at all. I take it before bedtime to help me wind down, and it seems to be working well so far. A nice gentle sleep support option.

Works so well! I cut this in 1/2 or 1/4 and give to my kids on nights they can’t sleep. I love how low of a dose it is, that it is chewable, and it’s not a sugary sweet thing right before bed. It has a very mild taste.

Very impressed! I take two and fall asleep quickly and easily. I’m older and have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. It’s not a problem w/this product. I awake & go back to sleep easily. Fully awake after a cup of caffeine in the morning. Will continue use of this product. No more insomnia!

So far this melatonin helps with making me drowsy, but I still take 1/2 a prescribed sleeping pill with it. Normally, within a half hour I am sleepy. I have not tried taking it by itself yet. I am a petite build, so I think my size factors in to how well it works for me. Flavor is okay. Easy to take melting it under my tongue. Price is okay. I like that it is sublingual and limited added ingredients. I don't usually take chamomile due to being sensitive to it in the past, but seems to be okay in this pill. It also seems to help me with staying asleep for a longer period of time.

I suffer from 4-5 sleep disorders. My sleeping pills were not doing the trick, I added the melatonin to my surprise the combo worked.

I've been using this brand of melatonin for YEARS. It's great, since you don't have anything extra or unnecessary in the tablets and also because you just let them dissolve under your tongue and that's it. Excellent quality, excellent ease-of-use, and nothing superfluous to deal with. They're super-tiny, and they dissolve quickly and I believe they really help me fall asleep and stay asleep. Just check the amount of melatonin to be sure you're getting the amount you want - this company makes a range of amounts. Everything they make is great, and I've been so impressed with their melatonin that I've begun using a few of their other supplements as well. No complaints at all.

They work great. I usually take 3 of the 1mg gummies (sometimes less). But I couldn’t take 3 of these because they’re stronger, I guess. Not sure but I would wake up DROWSY and feeling like crap if I took more than 2. Idk what I was expecting but I can take like 5 of the 1mg gummies and feel fine in the morning. These are just more potent, but taking 1-2 does the job & I don’t feel too tired in the morning. I deducted points bc I wouldn’t say these are flavorless but I wouldn’t say they aren’t gross either. They’re just powdery and weird texture.
