Sling Shot Mark Bell Push Up Exercise Assistance Workout Band for Men and Women to Assist with Bench Press, Dips, and Push Ups – (Level 1 Tension, Red/Black)

I purchased the Sling Shot bench band as a replacement for the Sling Shot leg band because it was lost when I moved. I must have used the open band 100’s of times to bench without any need for the sewn in arms. The open design is 1/2 the price and I think works better since you never have to worry the arm openings are too small. I had to order an XXL to fit my arms and I weigh 185. The open design sling shot sells allow you to order the smaller sizes to really stretch and increase your max bench press. The open design I had was either a medium or a large and fit great, and as I mentioned I didn’t worry about arm opening size. The XXL size I have is a little bit long because of the larger arm openings, so it doesn’t stretch across my chest like the smaller open design, but if you have 17”+ size arms, you will need the XXL but if you want a better stretch try the large open sling shot band

So I tried it the night I received it. Wow, it actually works. I did 15 pushups without it and did an additional 15. I believe it will help with bench press as well and will try it at the gym tomorrow. Great product!

YES!! Man I love this thing! I do pushups pretty regularly but this thing took it to the next level. First time using it I cranked out 50 reps no problem! This will be a staple now in my pushups workouts… Update - been using it pretty consistently and have already noticed some pulls in the material and broken rubber bands sticking out. Actually wanted to exchange it to see if it was a one off defect but missed the window by 1 day, doh! So looks like I’ll keep using it until it (hopefully not) craps out in me. Still like the concept but took a star due to quality.

Absolutely a game changer! I destroyed my right shoulder two years ago bad accident on my horse. Could not do push-ups due to the pain. Now with this product I’m back in business this thing is amazing!!

This actually worked as advertised and took a lot of strain off my shoulder, which I've had two surgeries on. I was able to bench much more than I normally do and didn't have any shoulder pain when I was done. Was kind of skeptical because so many of these things are fast money grabs, and full of it but this actually is well worth the money. If you got a shoulder injury of any kind of how they recommend this if you're still planning on benching or doing any kind of chest exercises at the gym.
