Worst product do not buy
I have been trying to connect to customer support since 5 days no response. My unit stopped working suddenly only 1 year into installation. All my security is unchecked.

Everything seem right but cable was not hikvision and also as promised 90 meter was not there but barely 40 meter

They are sending Defective camera
They are sending defective camera. I received one defective bullett camera. But i was not able to test camera without installation so i installed 5 camera of them. later when i found one defective camera. I called customer care but they said they will not chage the single camera instead of that please send whole package. Now i am a big fool that i have to remove installed setup to return it. Later customer care said i have to claim warranty to change that camera that is the only solution. So dear sellers please dont fool people.
