Good Product for mind and body. 1 teaspoon at day and 1 teaspoon at night with mid heated milk or mid heated water for adults.

I’ve been using this for the last 2 months, and I can say it’s one of the best for brain health. However, you can’t rely on it completely you also need to maintain a healthy overall lifestyle to get the best results. It’s excellent for sleep and keeping the brain calm. To maximize the benefits, avoid high-dopamine activities like excessive scrolling, alcohol, and weed. Overall, it’s really effective. Nice ghee
