Outstanding. I had the foot pedal model and it was not convenient and I often had to keep pedal to floor. This works much better for me. Only downside is side is you have to actively turn down the speed when you are done with a cut.

This is a very useful addition to the foot pedal especially when mounting the shaft handle and needing to do longer jobs.

Didn't know I needed one but I'm hooked. Pretty much no longer use my foot pedal as this is now my go to. Quality built and easy to use

Ive been wanting one of these for a while but held back because of the price. So expensive for what it is! However, in the end it was worth it. It works beautifully with my pepe tools belt sander.

Should have bought one of these years ago. My mistake. The foot pedal control is just lame, IMO. Move your foot just a little, and the speed goes WAY UP. Or maybe it slows way down. Just awful control with the pedal. Its just not possible to just hold your foot at the exact position/speed consistently. I used it anyway, complaining all the while. Now, I just turn the dial to a speed I like, and just do my thing. Super happy.

I have a generic flex shaft and this works great on it! I found it very hard to control the speed using a foot control and this solved the issue - it's a lot easier to use.

Plugged it in , followed directions and it blew the fuse, changed the fuse tryed it again, same results. Called foredom no response yet.

Seems a bit pricey for what it is but it does the job. Only real complaint is that the model numbers C.EM-1, C.EMX-1 are easily confusable. You need to make sure you have the right one for your flex tool motor.
