I'd buy it again
I use them in my runners and my work boots. Re-leaves pain from fasciitis. Not a permanent solution but it hurts less!

Solution for heel, foot pain - highly recommende
Suffered with a fracture for 9 months without knowing, plantar and had heel pain. My ortho recommended these and I have been wearing them for over 25 years and not looked back or changed a thing except buy new ones. They really prevent heel strike and takes the pressure off.

Tuli's Heel Cups are a good choice
It can move around unless you have it properly fitted, tight shoes tightly. I walk with far less pain for my heel spur.
