Very ingenious tool. I was replacing faucets on a double sink and after doing the first one and being all kinked up and contorted around under the cabinet doing the first one, I took a break and did a search for a tool to make the second sink easier and I came across this tool and ordered it. It arrived yesterday and I used it for the 2nd sink and it really helped remove the old and install the new faucet nuts as well as the bolts to the water supply. I still used my hands to reach up and start the nuts and bolts but the tool came in handy for the final tightening where it gets really difficult working under the sink and behind the basin. It tightened the hardware better than I could have done by hand with 2 wrenches in an awkward position. At this price point, I consider this a necessary tool in the toolbox now, even though it will be used infrequently. It also seems well made and durable. 1 year update: My garbage disposal broke so I decided to also swap out the kitchen faucet while I had an opportunity and it was so nice to go into my toolbox and see this handy gadget. It was a breeze to install the faucet despite being set behind a deep sink with little room to work. This is a great time saver and back saver tool.

I have been going on for years using regular wrenches and fixing our plumbing the hard way. But this and you will be able to cut the time to finish your plumbing in half the time or less. Easy to use and reliable. Product is sturdy and plenty of YouTube videos to show you how to use it.

Used two times before it broke.

I just installed a new pfister kitchen faucet with this tool. I have cement countertops sitting on a 3/4” plywood back strip. The old faucet was out of alignment with the holes in the countertop and the holes drilled in the ply so the tool wouldn’t work for removal, not the tool’s fault. I had to cut the old faucet off at the top with a cutoff wheel in a dremel and push the valves down from the top. However, once the new faucet was aligned properly, this tool just fit through the plywood to install the plastic nuts and the supply lines to the new faucet. With the plywood there it would have been impossible to reach either nut with a traditional sink wrench. I bought this tool and a sink wrench at the same time I bought the new faucet. I was skeptical but it’s an hours drive to the nearest hardware store so I wanted options. I’m glad I bought it. It was not only the best tool for the job, it was the only tool that would do the job. The tool now lives at the back of the under sink cupboard so it will be there when I need it the next time I replace the faucet.

This was basically a useless tool to me for replacing an old delta faucet. It didn't even seem to fit on any of the fittings that it was supposedly designed to fit on to. As I was trying to remove my old faucet, I was using this to get the faucet nut off, this tool was barely able to latch onto the nut, and while trying to spin the nut, this tool was doing nothing more than twisting and flexing. I was unable to successfully remove my faucet with this tool-- I resorted to cutting the faucet off from the top side. This tool was also entirely useless for installing my new faucet. So, honestly, this tool is crap, and you wont need it. Do not buy it. I saw it used on Ask This Old House, and figured it was a worthwhile tool to get with my new faucet-- I was wrong.
