I have probably 6 to 8 pin crimping pliers in my tool box including 3 sets of factory Delphi pliers. This tool outperforms them all. It does a perfect crimp every tIme. Takes a lot of the aggravation out of building harnesses.

This is the best tool I have tried for crimping weather pack terminals. The orientation block is the key to making this tool work so well. Usually I have a tough time getting the terminal to stay in the perfect position while you hold the wire and squeeze the crimper. The "block" holds the orientation of the terminal in just the right spot while you worry about the location of the wire. I wish I had this tool years ago ! Great value for a great tool.

Overall, I'm really glad I bought this. It made properly crimping weather pack terminals possible, if not a breeze. Right off the bat, the first terminal I inserted got stuck in the guide whole and wouldn't come out because of its backward-facing tabs. I had to remove the whole guard (which is as simple as finding the right hex key) and do the rest without the guard. Once I got the technique down though (it helps to pinch the seal tabs a little first so it doesn't move) I actually prefer it this way. If the guard hadn't stolen a terminal, I'd give this 5 stars.

Value for the money, works just as good as the 140 dollar GM weatherpack crimping tool. Totally recommend if you don’t want to spend 140 dollars on a wire crimper.

I wanted a tool that will do the pins in one squeeze and this does it. AND you don't have to have 3 hands to use it. The orientation block holds the pin in place. Hold the wire in my left hand and the tool in my right hand. Squeeze and it's done. Quick, easy, perfect every time. Feels solid when I use it. The ratchet works smoothly. No complaints.

I make a product that needs weatherpack crimper. This stool is SUPER easy to use! Slide the pin into the block, slide the wire into the pin, squeeze once and it's DONE! Now if only I could make the squeeze part automatic!

Holds the terminal and everything while you crimp it no more guessing. Make it really easy. Good quality, crimps look good when done.

I thought this would be a one crip tool. After a few tests it's a two crimp tool. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Not a bad tool as it's better than my other crip tool for the connectors I have.
