Ik kan bevestigen dat het deksel niet goed afsluit. Als je er water in doet loopt het gemakkelijk tussen het deksel door, zelfs als je met je hand het deksel aanduwt. Sluit dus niet strak zoals in de omschrijving staat en is zeker niet luchtdicht, zoals je zou verwachten van een dergelijke doos voor voedsel. De blauwe seal is ook geen nette rubber of silicone rand, maar een kunststof buisje dat in het deksel is gepropt. De klipjes stellen ook niet veel voor. Ze zitten goed vast aan de doos, maar klikken nauwelijks vast aan het deksel. Ze komen dus ook snel weer los van het deksel. IKEA doet dat stukken beter voor een leukere prijs.

I love the Sistema products, and the only unfortunate thing is that they are so hard to find in Canada. The Klipit boxes make great Humidors, as long as your place some Spanish Cedar in them to add the flavor and aroma to your cigars. Also, you have to remember top open them up every so often (at least once every 4 - 5 weeks to change the air. But they work better than my cedar humidor in maintaining the humidity level consistentely. I got this large format box with a Spanish Cedar tray to hold about 75+ various Cuban cigars from the long Partagas Lusitanias, to the short Hoyo Petit Robustos, and several in between sizes. With 3 Boveda Packs, the humidity level is very consistent. Highly recommend this set up versus a wooden humidor. I use the wood humidor for display only, and keep a few "to be smoked next" cigars in there. Otherwise, the Sistema box is best for aging your cigars. Highly recommend.
