The scale I would have designed for myself
Everything about this scale is right. The packaging, the carrying case with shoulder strap, the bay for the display at the bottom of the scale, the valve to stop the charge or evacuation automatically, the accurate and stable readings, the intuitive control, the ruggedness, are all well thought out and make using the scale easy. I wanted the wired model with 5 AAA batteries, to avoid having two sets of batteries (one for the scale, another one for the display). I did not want the blue-tooth model, or rechargeable models. Too many batteries to remember to recharge. If I were to object to something, it would be the stiffness of the control coiled wire, and the lack of a clearly visible flow direction on the valve body. I am very pleased with the scale and I will recommend to anyone looking for a charging scale with the specs this one has.

Makes adding Freon easy
Makes adding Freon so easy. Get it with the optional on off solenoid. Just set it up,enter how much weight to add hit start and don't worry about anything.

Very robust scale, just a little on the heavy side.
Bought this as a replacement for an aged TIF/Robinair 9010 scale. This unit is much more robust and so far seems accurate/stable and very easy to use. The TIF9010 always had a problem with accuracy when used on grass or not so even ground, this Elitech seems to be beefy enough to give good/stable readings even in normal field conditions. It would be 5 stars overall, but this unit is heavy to carry around along with all the other required equipment for HVAC servicing. Disclaimer: I've only had it for a few days and did two jobs, so I can say nothing about longevity.

Excellent product
Excellent product. Good value. The shut off solenoid works well. Between the mobile App and the shut off solenoid the Tech can go about other work and not have to mind the charging system

Zum Kältemittel dosieren, einfach TOP. Gummiauflagen an den richtigen Stellen und mit dem "versteckbaren" Bedienteil und der durchdachten Tasche braucht man nichts anderes.

J'ai pu faire mon (faible) complément de charge R32 dans mon installation neuve (c'est mon métier et j'ai l'attestation d'aptitude frigo). L'ensemble est complet pour le rangement, le transport et l'utilisation. Satisfait de mon achat. Nota : les piles sont incluses et il y a un petit coffre en dessous pour y mettre, éventuellement, des piles de secours.
