Good stuff. I just ordered more and I've been so amazed at my results I'm suggesting it to all that I know. Maybe like you, if it's your first time, I was leary to. I started with 2 drops and worked up to four. After 2 weeks and happy results I'm now doing 6 drops daily. My research indicated I would be more comfortable with this brand so I'll stick with it.

I have many allergies so what I like about this is that it is pure without anything extra. I use 2-3 drops topically every morning and have had no reactions. I have not taken it orally yet so I can't talk about the taste, but for me I think topically will be just fine.

This stuff really works. I put a few drops in my bottled water and drink it. It definitely has helped with my periods.

This is good quality iodine. I've used this product for years, and I like its consistency. The only drawback is that if you leave the bottle capped for an extended period, it becomes impossible to open. It is almost like the cap bonds to the bottle top and cannot be turned. Otherwise, this is an excellent product.

Good! I bumped up to a 5% solution & have to order that directly from J. Crow's now. Maybe in time, I will decrease to 2% & the order is far more convenient from Amazon. I put drops in my morning coffee daily. Helped with vim & vigor, thyroid lab values, eliminated PMS symptoms.

Quick, well packed, and I'm quite happy.
