Recently replaced my toilet. Needed a silicone scraper set and after looking around I found this one. Very happy with the results and ease of use. It was my first time messing about with silicone and I’m rather pleased with my self. Made the task simple. Would recommend.

Expensive but it does the job. As I use it for DYI project, it's not the best for a begineer imo.

The CRA 40407 EN Grouting & Silicone Profiling Kit keeps finding its way back into my toolbox—I’m on my third set after trimming the tips to reach the no‑man’s‑land behind sinks and beneath external door thresholds. The range of profile sizes means I can switch from a tight 3 mm bead in the bathroom to a chunky weather‑seal outside without rummaging for improvised tools. The silicone removal scraper deserves its own praise; the interchangeable triple‑blade system slices through old sealant far cleaner than the single‑edge scrapers I used to swear by. Swapping blades is a two‑second job, and the spare edges tuck neatly into the handle so they don’t vanish the moment you open the packet. Longevity and durability is the one caveat. After a few projects—especially the gritty outdoor runs—the once‑smooth plastic edges start to nick and dimple. Those tiny notches translate straight into wobbles in fresh silicone, so I now keep one kit pristine for interior caulking and sacrifice the battle‑scarred pieces for exterior jobs. At this price replacing them every year or so isn’t painful, but it’s worth knowing. Sealability with this tool is second to none with a good size variety. Overall, if you want fuss‑free, professional‑looking beads with minimal clean‑up, this kit hits the mark. Just expect to retire the profiles once they’ve seen serious mileage—or, like me, grab an extra set and customise them to fit the awkward spots no factory edge can reach.

Profiles the silicone so easily and cleanly. What I found most incredible was when I messed up a stretch of silicone by attempting to touch it up after it had begun curing on the surface (I hadn't appreciated how quickly this silicone cured). Remembering a video I'd watched previously demonstrating how easy it was to start again, I scraped off the stretch of silicone I had messed up using the square edged tool and simply relaid it. It was that simple. No water needed.

I had an old Unibond silicone tool which did a good job but I have since lost it so needed to replace. Having watched a you tube video of this product being used I decided to seek one out. At first I thought the price was a bit excessive as there are cheaper versions out there but I thought about where I was going to use this and the type of finish I wanted, and so in the end opted to spend the extra pennies on the Cramer kit. So far I have only had to use the blue standard tool but was impressed with the full kit and the options that it could be used for. Quality felt good and the finish of the silcone work I have carried out has been very pleasing, these tools are easy to use, just take your time and don't try to rush the finish.

Works well. Good variety of sizes and shapes. Leaves a lovely finish. Not sure if it's worth the extra cost over the alternatives. I did go back over something I had already shaped and it's now leaking in one spot, so suspect it's a me issue... The included blade is brilliant for getting old goo off too.

Arrived on time and all items contained within are a very good quality. Lots of profiles to choose from. Well recommended.

I tested this kit out on a small bathroom caulk run this morning & it delivered great results. It's not 100% foolproof but it's easier than a finger even for normal baseboard caulk. For the average unskilled user you'll be able to run your line much faster. This gives you more time to fix any mistakes & produces a good looking result. The small gradations allow you to mix two bead sizes in case your caulk gap has inconsistent sizes on the line (ex: trim that's not flush against the wall.) You still need to cleanly apply the right caulk amount with your gun. Too much & you'll need to frequently wipe off excess caulk, but too little & the line won't have enough material to look consistent.

Tres bon kit, c'est pas donné mais c'est le compromis parfait entre souplesse et rigidité. Le système pour éviter de reproduire le creux des joint est très ingénieux!

Io non sono un professionista, e finora l'ho usato soltanto su superfici duri come ceramico e vetro Tutte le cose dentro l'astuccio duro fanno i suoi lavoro in modo perfetto. Tutti gli attrezzi sono facile di pulire, così loro rimangano in condizione ottimo per la prossima opera. Anche il coltello per rimuovere silicone vecchio funzione in un modo speciale, può raggiungere posti che un taglierino non riuserà. Un peccato è non sono riuscito trovare i suoi lame ricambi disponibile in nessun posto, neanche qui su Amazon oppure il sito del produttore. In somma sono molto soddisfatto con questo prodotto tedesco.
