Perfect for my daughter who wanted to practice suturing.

This is a really cool set! Bought it as a gift for my future veterinarian and she loves it, close to real life but even better, great to practice different stitches

for the price, no complaints from this guy, plenty of sutures provided with the box to get good reps in and build up confidence and muscle memory. i will mention the sutures can break pretty easily when pulling to bring the skin together, but for training purposes it's good enough. i get batches of expired suture from my clinic so it's not a huge issue for me but something to note. skin material seems high quality and durable. it does tend to pick up all sorts of hairs somehow (even on a clean glass table) but it cleans very easily, you can just rinse with water and dry. the instruments are standard quality and workable but i did swap them out for my slightly fancier and personal preferred ones (i hate the curved hemostats). overall, great to practice and would recommend.

Great for practicing. Comes with three types of suture which helped me remember the little differences when tying. The pad seems resilient so you can use over and over without seeing where other practice stitches were. The only thing keeping from a 5 is I wish there was a QR code in the kit linking to a suturing video.

Good quality suture kit! Forceps have good grip, scissors are sharp, need driver is sturdy, and the practice mat is pretty thick! The instrument case is a little shoddy, but I don't personally have any issues with it and I've had a good time learning on this thing so far. Also, the different suture types seem to have the same feel as the ones my medical school has us practice with.

I’m a newbie to suturing but it worked well and the equipment from the silicon wounds to the forceps and needles were pretty good quality like the ones my med school gave us to practice on!

Well designed/made, I've used the kit twice now and it simulates human skin well. Great practice kit for medical students.

Tools are ok, sutures are decent, the pad is good for normal sutures like a running suture, but not good for subcuticular sutures
