I need to be 'clear' with this evaluation, because I am a long time (4 year) customer of the BiOp folks. To the point I take their 'masszymes and P3-OM probiotics' daily. These products have given me sustained relief from digestive 'challenges' I lived with for many years. I regularly consume a particular 'protein supplement' to aid in my workouts, and the downside is I can tend to constipate if I don't drink massive amounts of water. The products mentioned have given me a whole new life with regard to those issues. However, having just received the ConstiCleanse (essentially on a 'tip' from the BiOp Team) I did have the opportunity to 'give it a go' last night. I had consumed a sizable block of 'chipotle cheddar' cheese about 3 hours before bedtime. I felt 'heavy' already, and knew the potential consequences I would face later. Literally while brushing my teeth for bed I had a 'eureka moment' and went for my 'first' dose of the ConstiCleanse I had just received from Amazon. Okay, there's your 'build up' . . . and the 'follow up' is .. it's 10:30 AM, and the best way to phrase this I guess would be --> I had my obligatory coffee 2 hours ago followed by a definite 'cleanse' one hour later. This particular 'movement' was definitely apart from the usual experience I have with my customary BiOp regimen. No, I don't work for BiOptimizers though I know I sound like I 'drank the Kool Aid' .. so what do I tell you ? You'll just have to try the product .. or not .. but if you do, and have the reaction I just had - - then you'll know. . . . . Just Sayin'

Another solid release from bioOptimizers, seems to serve its purpose. Not a panacea, but as a long term IBS sufferor i find (at least at this point) that this is worth adding to my routine.

I am an obese, elderly person who has disabilities that prevent normal exercise. I also take medications that cause me to have constipation. Stool softeners do not work. Some laxatives work too good. This one is almost on the works too good side of things. The first time I tried it, I had severe cramps. The second and subsequent times there hasn't been much on the cramps. I think the first time was because of the severe constipation. I now take this once a week. It's not too harsh that way either. Some say it is pricey, but you do get 90 servings, so it depends on how you use it as to whether you feel you are getting your money's worth.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I reached out to the company because I had issues and would have preferred troubleshooting. But because I ordered through Amazon it took them several days to reply “we’ll get back to you” and I still don’t have a reply. The recommendation is 1 pill 3-5 times a week. Once a day if you don’t see any affect. I tried them both ways in the 6 weeks I gave them a chance. They either had little affect or I woke up three different nights with intense cramping. I increased water intake and fiber content, I cut out snacking to aid digestion, and I use their other products, MassEnzyes and P3-OM. As far as I can tell the P3—a probiotic is the only one that helps with constipation. You’d be better off getting a tea. It’s far cheaper and reliable. The company claims to fix digestion but how can they do that if they don’t get back to their customers?

I’ve been a long time BiOptomizers customer. I take their Masszymes and P3-OM probiotic daily. When they first released ConstiCleanse I knew with out a doubt that it would be just as top quality as their other products. I’ve been taking it for several months 3-6 days week depending on what life as going on for me. It safely and effectively relieves any digestion issues and makes me feel great all day after my morning ritual. You will not be disappointed.
