Hard to turn after 10 months, impossible to turn at 11 months.
We installed it in January. Looked and worked great for 9 months. Then became hard to turn. Then became harder to turn. Even noisy. Now I cannot use it. Terribly disappointed. I will call the company on Monday. Even if Symmons stands by their warrantee and replaces it, who will cover the cost of the plumber? And how do I know it will not happen again?
