What is the difference between these and the rubber resistance bands?

These are covered in fabric, just in having used the rubber bands as well these are much more strong and less stretchy than rubber bands, they have a stripping inside as well to help prevent the slipping.

do these roll up esp on thighs?

NO! Absolutely not at all! That’s why I love them so much. I’ve had rubber ones that you squat once and they’ve already rolled but NOT these. They are incredible durable, strong, and stay put. I attend a specific booty band class that we use these bands specifically because they are so good. Hope this helps.
