The two IM ballpoints I ordered were slightly different from the same model of a year earlier. The subtle changes were not improvements but made the pens seem a bit less graceful. Also, the price I paid Amazon for the pens (imported from the U.K.) was twice that indicated on the packaging. Despite these problems, the pens are nevertheless above average in their functions. The IM stands up well to the XL and Urban models, all of which are useful to those whose hands require a larger pen.
