The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this controller from Funlab! I’ve had my eye on it for a while and I’m so glad I tried it out. Obviously the coolest part about it is the hidden-till-lit design—when you take it out of the box at first you’ll be like “huh???” because it looks like a plain black controller, until you press Home+Y together for a couple seconds and tada! It lights up with an awesome Sheikah-inspired design. There’s 7 different colors to cycle through which is really nice if you like to switch it up. I think my favorite is the purple, but the classic BOTW orange and blue is especially cool when you’re playing the game.Functionally, this controller works great so far. It was fully charged right out of the box and comes with a USB-C charging cable. All of the buttons and joysticks are responsive, and personally I appreciate that the buttons aren’t super loud and clicky. The gyro controls work nicely also, no skipping or lagging like some other third-party controllers. It comes with an interchangeable D-pad as well, which I haven’t swapped out yet but I think I will try, since I prefer the other design to the circular style that comes default on the controller.It’s very comfortable to hold, even for me with my small hands, and it has a nice grip to it. Not slippery or difficult to hold at all.Overall, I’m really impressed with this controller and I’m very happy I got it. Somehow it makes playing Zelda games even more fun now that I have a themed controller to go with it. I’m just going to add some thumb grips and it’ll be perfect. First of all, love the colors, it was cool to adjust the colors and then the type of colors it can be displayed (breathing, flashing, and flashes when it vibrates). The flashing lights can be a bit distracting, but the breathing mode is very soothing.For the grips, there are some minor textured patterns where you usually hold it and the edges of the circle pads have grooves for extra grip. For those who might not have used the circle pads, thumb grips might help. There are some extra buttons on the back, including Turbo mode (in the center), including buttons to control the selection of colors and vibration intensity.Using the manual, the controller connects quickly and seamlessly to the Switch. It's very comfortable to use and responds well to my movements. There's no drift (compared to my current joy-cons) and is cheaper than a Nintendo Pro controller or other brands.Overall, I really like the quality, the colors, and the price. I mainly use my Nintendo Pro Controller to play my Switch, so having a new controller is nice. Not to mention I can connect it to my PC / Steam as well, so it makes playing controller-friendly games a breeze.

This is a solid controller. Easy setup for vibration and changing the colors. It does not last but a few hours without it bellowing at you to charge it. I've had other controllers last 9-10 hours gaming sessions without needing to charge. This one though, it's disappointing in how quickly it runs out of juice. I just throw it on my charger and keep playing as wired. I'd recommend this for how solid it is and how nice the buttons and sticks are. The price is great.

I have both a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and Xbox controller and was curious about how this one by Funlab would would measure up. I've been wanting a controller in a different color and had seen this one, and thought it was so cute. When I received this controller and began testing it out, I was pleasantly surprised. The weight is comparable to an Xbox controller and the body has a smooth, matte finish to it. The handles felt ergonomic and I was able to easily reach the controls.I used the controller both on my Switch and PC!For Nintendo Switch:Connecting was very easy, just needed to press Y and Home as noted in the instruction manual. There was no noticeable lag in the controller. My only critique is that I wish the home button would wake up the Switch from sleep mode, however the instruction manual also noted that this was not possible.UPDATE: I reached out to FunLab regarding the wake up function and they informed me that there is wake up function for the newer version of this controller which they already released. However the one I was sent does not have this function, and realized that there still must be old controllers in stock at the Amazon warehouse.For PC:I used it both with the USB cable and Bluetooth and did not observe any noticeable difference. I did not notice any lag. I did have some trouble connecting it via Bluetooth but realized that even though my Xbox controller was off, I had to unpair it from my PC before this pro controller would connect. My only critique in this area is that I wish the instruction manual had PC connection instructions.Overall I'm quite happy with this controller and I would purchase other products from Funlab!
