I tried this sleep aide because I would twist and turn at night and could not get any sleep. So I read a couple of reviews for this product and decided to try it. When I did, I took 2 tabs thinking that just one tab would not work. That was a big mistake. I should have only taken one. But, everyday after that, I took one tab. It really helped me sleep a full 8 hours. The only negative is that I do feel extremely groggy when I wake up, so I've decided to skip a day, so I take it on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to get sufficient sleep. But it really does help me sleep. I will say, if you weigh less than a 160 pounds to take half a tablet or skip a day, because my sister weighs about 160lbs and finds that it helps her sleep but she ends up sleeping too long. I way 190lbs, and I do find that it gives me sufficient sleep if I take a full tablet - that's just my suggestion.

This product works really well. It puts me to sleep pretty fast (about an hour). I sleep all night. The only thing that I do not like is the taste. I make sure that I have water ready and sometimes a cracker to take away the taste. Since they work so well for me, I can sure live with that.

I wanted to stop taking prescription sleep aids so was hoping to find an OTC alternative:This product seems to work just as well as the expensive precribed medication I was on but with none of the side effects.I take it about 30 minutes before bedtime and I always get a great night's sleep.

This review is for HealthA2Z® Sleep Aid -Doxylamine Succinate 25mg (200 Count). I've been using Doxylamine Succinate for a while now, when I need extra help to sleep. I try not to take it daily. But, chronic insomnia often gets the best of me. When I use this product, it does help me sleep better. I suggest taking it only when you plan on getting a full night's sleep. Otherwise, you might feel a bit groggy later on, after awakening. Since I have chronic insomnia, I do still wake up many times throughout the night, even when taking this. Though, I'm usually able to go back to sleep pretty quickly. This isn't ideal. But, I'm fairly happy with it, since it helps me get a decent amount of sleep. I'd also like to mention the pill form of Doxylamine Succinate, no matter the brand I've used, to have a nasty bitter flavor, when left in the mouth too long before swallowing it. This brand is no different. The terrible taste becomes noticeable quickly. I usually don't have to taste it, as long as I swallow it almost immediately. I make sure to have my drink already in hand. 😅 I haven't had any issues with upset stomach. I also think the 200 count bottle is the best value for the money.

Work just like the Walmart version but you get more for your money. We don’t like most sleeping pills as they are difenhydramine, all they are is benedryl but we love these, the ingredient is doxyalamine it’s much better. Watch out for the unisom some are difenhydramine and some are doxylamine. The generic work just as good and this particular one is my fave for the savings

Only OTC sleeping pills that actually help me sleep, but good lord do the side effects last!!! Sometimes I feel like a zombie for two days straight. It can be quite hard to get up in the morning even if you take it at like 5pm the prior evening so I only tend to take it on weekends.

The item is very effective, easy to take and also very cost-effective.I find that it works better for me than Benadryl.Definitely worth a try if you’re having trouble sleeping

I bought this and a Valerian root sleep aid (I just hate taking capsules). I've never had insomnia like this. It's been over 2 months. I've used Valerian root before and it's helped. I searched around and found my old Valerian root softgels and I'm almost out of them and couldn't find anymore, so I got the capsules.I've been in serious pain and have spent a small fortune on it. That's finally under control.I got this and the Valerian root on April 11 and it's the 23rd and I can finally sleep. I stopped taking the Unisom. In my sleep deprived condition I wound up ordering 2 of these and have no idea how that happened.My big problem now is sleeping at night when I would like to. Instead I'm sleeping all day. But at least I'm getting some sleep. This doesn't factor into it though.
