This book has an interesting storyline. The variety in the book kept it interesting. The ending left you wondering.

I love this book, because of its transformative impact. The price was higher than I expected, but worth it.

I loved this book. Vastly different than the hit Netflix series; similar concept to Paulo Coelho’s ‘Veronica Decides to Die’. Philosophy, fantasy, drama—this book makes you think about reincarnation, parallel and multiverses. Oscar Wilde once said that to live is the rarest thing in the world, most peoplx exist—that is all.Nora’s story is everyone’s story. Are we existing, or are we living? What do we truly desire? Is that desire enough for us to discover and keep joy? Or are we doomed to always want something else? We all have regrets. If we could go back and change one thing, would that change cause more harm, or create something beautiful?The universe is our library, and the shelves are endless; we are the authors of the books that are our lives. What if the choices are infinite? What if we do, get to do it again and again, in slightly or vastly different ways? This book asks, how much do you really want to live? SPOILERS ALERTI wrote a review of this book above, & I said if anyone wants to know what upset me, I'd include it with a spoiler. So here it is.In the beginning of this book, the main character's friend tells her that her beloved cat has been killed. They find the poor thing in the road & bury her, assuming she'd been hit by a car. Later in the book you find out that it's not what happened.The cat had a congenital heart condition & would've died no matter what she did for her. In an alternate life, she wishes her cat to be in her life again, & she is, just under her bed dead. She wasn't hit by a car, she's gone out because she knew she was dying & didn't want the protagonist to suffer her death. The Librarian (maybe God?) assures her that she loved her very much, thought she was a great mommy & had a wonderful life.We lost our cat to heart disease (& others in other ways) & this was reassuring to me. It's never easy to lose an animal or someone you love, but if there's a bit of explanation that they loved you but had to go sort of thing, I find that a kindness. Even though I'm sitting here crying remembering all of them.Like I said, the regret she feels for "being a lousy cat owner" is assuaged by the end.Also, there's a happy ending, so fear not.Again, I do recommend this book.
