Is there ways to buy everything for less? Yes, is this a very robust, well thought out IFAK in an easy to obtain package? YES!Great size for battle belts and vehicles.It is really just what it is for looks.I tore one down and checked manufacturers and the like and have tested everything in this bag over the years, it will work!It is a solid value for the money, especially considering most people don't even have training to use half of these items. Though, it seems most internut ninja, youtube wannabes think they do.(Have graduated several trauma classes, including old school use goats ones) have used all of these items at least once and in some cases multiple times over the years. So yes, I actually know what I'm talking about. Even stitched a gash with cotton thread and a straight cloth needle once due to situation requiring.It is highly functional, and very organized.I suggest adding fabric bandages and whatever you want to fill to needed for location/use as needed. There is room!

Good equipment great quality

Can't really say much about a medical kit there's nothing sexy about them. Just get them and put them in all your vehicles for the just incase. You might one day save yours or someone else's life.

It's tiny, but it's perfect if you don't want a big backpack to carry.

I bought it because I thought it was covered by my HSA/FSA and I needed to spend money before I lost it...it was not covered...I needed a first aid kit, probably not one that was $150. Insurance companies suck...
