The item was defective and did not turn on. I followed the instruction down to a tee, and it would not turn on. It cost me a bundle of money: aside from the pricey item, i had to pay customs import fees when it entered my country, then courier fees to return the item, and then hours of overseas calls to amazon customer service to get a refund. This effing device sucks and not worth the money and stress i had to go through. The total cost to this over all horrible experience far exceeds $500! Not worth it!

Hands down to the customer service (especially the representative named ISIS) for helping me resolve the issue. Initially, the cap didn’t work despite several attempts, but after they contacted me, helped troubleshoot, and sent a new battery and charger, things improved. The replacements arrived quickly, and now it works perfectly with the new battery. Issues like these can happen, but I'm hopeful this solution helps me maintain my hair post hair transplant.

Jury is still out on whether this works, I have only had it a week. However, the hat is NOT one size fits all and it is not adjustable. On my head, it fits somewhat like a Jewish man’s yarmulke. I can cover my crown or my forehead but not both simultaneously. Consider the coverage and the areas you hope to address.

I just started using the laser hat 2 days ago.Tjis is so easy to use so easy that I know I will stick to my regimen of 6 minutes a day very easily. Every morning I check my messages on my phone before getting out of bed. That is when I use my Capillus Ultra hat I keep it on my night stand it looks like any other ball cap.I can't wait to see the results.I set my cellphone calendar to remind me to take pictures of my thinning areas every month on the 23rd to keep track of the progress. I am hoping I have started soon enogh.I am 53 my hair is thinning enough that it is noticeable when swimming or when I first get out of the shower it was only getting worse .So what do I have to lose.
