The charger did work and use the warp charge capabilities too charge my phone faster but did not last long after about 3 days it no longer warp charged my phone just charged it like a normal charger for about a week then stopped charging my phone fully it just stopped working the box worked with a different charger cord but the cord itself did not I rated the traveling stars a 2 because I assume the charger wasn't very strong for it too break so quickly but I also never really moved it too often thank you for your time

Chargers my OnePlus 8T super fast. No problems whatsoever. Quality built and have lasted for a long time.

Update 8/12/2020: The third time charging my phone, the high pitch noise has begun but it is not bothersome to me. I did notice that the charger and my phone started getting hot so I unplugged it for a little bit and plugged it back in to finish charging. Received my charger yesterday after my original OnePlus warp charger stopped working. I was a little hesitant about buying a third party charger especially after reading the reviews on a few of them but so far I am happy with this one. I have used it twice already to charge from almost 0 to 100. It charges just as fast as my original charger never overheated or made a high pitch noise. Hopefully this one lasts more 16 months. I will update if things change.

On arrival, this looked exactly like the block and cord that came with my OnePlus phone. But it never registered "warp charge" even after taking into account other reviews that mentioned that the type of outlet or electrical supply going into it might be a factor. Then, after a week or so, the block totally stopped working. But the cord itself is great and I still use it.

I plugged in my phone and didn't use it for 15 mins and it charged my phone 16%, so definitely not a 30w charger and Battery Guru shows it's charging at maximum 10.6 watts. This fluctuates from 6 to 10.6 watts. But, I gave it 3 stars because it's still faster than my other chargers (Samsung 45w adapter) would charge it. Update: This charging cable and wall adapter does charge my phone fast, at Warp speed. Now, the cable stopped working 4 months later. I called customer service and they shipped a replacement set to me, which I thoroughly appreciate. I found that the wall adapter with another cable I have charged the phone at Warp speed. I've updated my reviewdl to 5 stars because this charges my phone extremely fast, and customer service was fantastic.

For the first two and a half weeks of using this charter, I had no problem. However, in the time that I've had this "new charger", I noticed that the charging block shorted out. My phone is no longer charging using this block. The charging cables work perfectly fine, but I think the excessive heat that is mentioned multiple times by different customers, is caused by overloading the charging block's "allowed" 240V input. Do not buy this, go to an actual phone store that would sell these.

I incorrectly thought my unit was defective at work. At work, every ten seconds it would switch from warp charging to normal then back again. I even changed usb-c cables and outlets it was the same. But it was not defective! Brought it home and it works fine. I believe the issue was the outlets at had too many other devices drawing power from all the outlets at work.

Real Warp Charge.This is second time I purchase this unit. Firdt one is fine & I hope this one will also be fine. Just like the one that's comes out the box. The only problem is that you will not get the full 30w if your is not compatible but it was fast charge your phone to the max without destroying or overheating.
